Ayre Points South
The flamboyant billionaire and founder of the Bodog Brand, Calvin Ayre has made his predictions for the year 2012 in terms of what the online betting trends around the world will be in his blog. This week will go down in roulette history with Ayre stating the US will not be seeing any fresh movements. As far as the European continent is concerned, Ayre believes that the market here is ‘stale and mature’. Sad news for these two major gambling industries I guess, but Ayre believes that 2012 will be fruitful for nations further south.
Ayre has stated that he believes the hottest locations for gambling in the world are Latin America and Asia. The markets are untouched and the gamblers are keen on getting some action. And of course, towards the end of his blog, the charming Ayre also states that his gambling site will become the leaders of all gambling sites. Well looks like Ayre is all set to take on the New Year with his usual cup of confidence.
A billionaire dies and arrives at the Pearly Gates. St Peter asks him: “What have you done to merit entrance into Heaven?”
The billionaire thought a moment, then said: “A week ago, I gave a quarter to a homeless person on the street.”
St. Peter asks Gabriel to check this out in the records, and after a moment Gabriel affirmed that it was true. St. Peter said: “Well, that’s fine, but it’s not really quite enough to get you into Heaven.”
The billionaire said: “Wait, wait! There’s more! Three years ago, I also gave a homeless person a quarter.” St. Peter nodded to Gabriel who, after a moment, nodded back to affirm that it was true.
St. Peter then whispered to Gabriel, “Well, what do you suggest we do with this fellow?”
Gabriel gave the billionaire a sidelong glance and then said to St. Peter: “Let’s give him back his 50 cents and tell him to go to Hell.”
